I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, down in the valley near the forest, was absolutely breathtaking. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made for a truly relaxing experience. The rooms with a balcony provided stunning views of the natural beauty that this city has to offer. The helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was top-notch.

The hotel is in a great location with rooms that offer balconies. the staff are helpful and offer great service. the beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our city break.
The hotel could improve with clearer signage and maps of tourist attractions. We noticed that some customers were smoking on the balconies despite the hotel being a non-smoking property.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the forest, which was perfect for nature lovers like me. The staff was also very helpful in giving directions and recommendations for places to visit around the area. The rooms were nice and had balconies, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings.
There were some negative aspects to this hotel. there were no clear signs to direct guests to the hotel, which made it hard to find.
